Logistics Manager


Manage the Logistics function for Truck-Lite USA and associated corporate companies.

Maintain and report on all Logistics costs.  Analyze for savings.  Drive costs savings opportunities.

Negotiate better rates for large contracts and spot shipments.

Oversee the execution of spot/expedited shipments to drive results and track and minimize costs.

Define and develop procedures for full freight costing with visibility to cost line details through Accounting.

Corporate, Safety, Environmental & Security Manager


Coordinates Corporate Environmental, Health, Safety and Security issues for all US manufacturing facilities and subsidiaries to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws/regulations.

Assists and advises Plant Managers on compliance and permitting issues, accident investigations and audit findings.

Leads/coordinates activities of facility Environmental & Safety Designees.

Supplier Quality Engineer


Evaluate and qualify potential suppliers via site visits or through supplier self-survey information.

Work with vendors to ensure that supplied parts related to existing/developed products consistently meet specified requirements and to resolve quality issues that may arise during production.

Educate suppliers on Truck-Lite’s quality requirements to ensure compliance with PPM/rating standards.

Inspect and approve Production Park Approval Process (PPAP’s) for non-custom components.

Corporate Manager of Inside Sales


1.  All Sales activities required to implement and maintain contracts and agreements in the area of Military Sales

Manage “Inside Sales” Program and supervise Inside Sales personnel.

Salesforce Administrator


2.  Manage Inside Sales Program (Truck-Lite and Rigid)

Develop and implement policies and procedures regarding Inside Sales and the management of sales activity.

Supervise the activity of the Inside Sales team.

Programmer Analyst


Support IT operations and programming efforts at the corporate level.  This includes programming, report writing in various systems, application development and working with third-party suppliers of services and software systems.



Minimum 4-year college degree in related field.  Knowledge of B2B systems including EDI.
