Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Job Location: McElhattan, PA
Job Description:
Coordinate FMLA administration for McElhattan Hourly employees.
Administer all aspects of the Company’s medical insurance benefit programs including medical,
dental, vision, COBRA, annual enrollments, changes, billing, etc. for all McElhattan plant and
office hourly employees.
Administer all medical absence, salary continuance, workers’ compensation programs, short term
disability, and leave of absence programs for all McElhattan plant and office hourly employees.
Administer all aspects of the company’s Pension, 401(k), Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement
benefit programs for all McElhattan plant and office hourly employees. Support 3rd party plan audits.
Lead recruitment of plant and office hourly employees.
Coordinate/schedule/support facility orientation and other training programs.
Coordinate new employee physicals, hearing tests, and new hire orientation for all McElhattan employees.
Prepare annual affirmative action plan for the McElhattan Plant.
Position requires compliance with the Technology Control Plan and the Federal
Control Policy established for the Corporation.

Qualifications:
Requires 2 to 3 years of related experience and 2 years of college or equivalent.
Prefer candidates with Associates degree in Business Administration with concentration in HR management,
strong communication and organizational skills.
