Job Description:
To develop designs in accordance with the customer specifications.
To complete DVP & R & DFMEA’s plans to support your design intent.
Support the design portion of the project by adhering to the departments
NPI/TS processes and methods.
Support the Project Engineers with effective design plans for new or LCM products.
Support/lead cost/design improvement projects to contribute to the Engineering
productivity plan.
Effectively manage assigned projects based on cost and with an emphasis on meeting
time line requirements.
To complete NPI presentation, drawings, bill of materials, DVP & R & DFMEA’s plans
to support Headlamp designs.
Position requires compliance with the Technology Control Plan and the Federal
Control Policy established for the Corporation.

Qualifications:
4 years of college or equivalent. Minimum of a B.S. in Plastics Engineering
Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
Project management experience, MS project, PC skills (MS word/excel/access),
3D modeling experience (CATIA preferred).
