Passwords Have Been Reset!
If you were a registered customer on Truck-Lite.com prior to Tuesday, January 21, 2003, your password has been reset for use in Truck-Lite's new, improved site. Your account is still valid (including your Log-In ID), and you now have the ability to choose and maintain your own password for your account! To sign in, and choose your own permanent log-in password, simply go to the "Log-In Now" link, and choose "Forgot Password." A temporary password will be mailed to the e-mail address used in setup of your account, and with it, you can log in and choose your new permanent password.

If you are still having difficulties, feel free to e-mail webmaster@truck-lite.com, and someone will contact you shortly to get you back on track. The new website has many improvements in navigation, functionality and design to make your Truck-Lite.com experience more enjoyable!


Having trouble Logging In?
Keep in mind that all passwords to the site were reset Tuesday morning, January 21, 2003, to allow for a new site upload. All accounts are still active, and new passwords can be created in the "Forgot Password" page.

If that's not the cause of your problem, double-check to make sure your 'Caps Lock' key is not depressed. All Log-Ins and Passwords are case sensitive, and will not function properly if the wrong case is used on any letters. If you are still encountering problems logging in to your existing account, e-mail webmaster@truck-lite.com, and someone will contact you to help you with the issue.


Still having difficulties?
Check to make sure you are running Windows 98 or better operating system, with Internet Explorer or Netcape Communicator/Navigator 4.0 or better. Some functionality was left out of earlier versions. If you continue to have difficlulties, feel free to contact webmaster@truck-lite.com.
